About The Position

1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc. is hiring immediately for seasonal positions at their Groveport (Green Pointe) and Obetz facilities. This is an opportunity to earn extra money for the holidays. Qualified candidates may be able to start as soon as Thursday, October 15th, 2026. A seasonal pay incentive is in effect, offering an additional $1.50 per hour for eligible employees. Specific roles include Seasonal Gift Production Associate and Seasonal Material Handler.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for production positions and up to 50 lbs. for warehouse and driver positions.
Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including refrigerated and freezer environments, depending on the position.
Must be willing to work assigned shifts and overtime as business needs require.
Must successfully complete the pre-employment hiring process and provide documentation required to complete the federal Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, if an offer of employment is extended.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Forklift experience is required for Warehouse Forklift Driver and Freezer Driver positions.
Experience operating double-reach forklifts, stock pickers, electric pallet jacks, and RF scan guns is preferred for Freezer Driver positions.
