About The Position

Christian Brothers Automotive is seeking an energetic, upbeat Automotive Technician / Mechanic with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to finding solutions and doing what is right for guests. The role diagnoses and repairs vehicles, builds experience across domestic and foreign makes, and contributes to a team focused on timely, high-quality results. The position is located at 14546 Red Creek Circle, Magnolia, TX 77354.

Technicians work with the service department and fellow technicians to understand guest concerns, troubleshoot effectively, and deliver distinguished results. They are expected to complete accurate and honest courtesy vehicle inspections and uphold standards for safety, cleanliness, and organization. CBA provides a modern facility with manufacturer-level diagnostic equipment and factory scan tools, a consistent workload, training, live technician support, and access to its private Technician Assistance Center.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and desire to serve guests.
• At least 3 years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Desire for long-term career development.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above the technician's head and in tight spaces as required by repairs.
• Dexterity to use hand tools efficiently.
• Ability to walk or stand for most of the workday.
• Ability to drive manual-transmission vehicles.
• Ability to navigate a computer efficiently.

Nice To Haves

• ASE certifications are preferred, or a plan to achieve them.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles for guests.
