About The Position

Tonkin Hillsboro Ford is hiring Automotive Technicians/Mechanics to support its growing Service Team. Requirements

• At least 2 years of prior automotive experience.
• Personal tools.
• Valid driver's license.
• At least 18 years old.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• ASE Certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose automotive problems.
• Conduct inspections.
• Repair engine failures and mechanical and electrical systems.
• Replace parts.
• Comply with manufacturer specifications throughout the repair and servicing process.
• Mentor and help other technicians on the service team.
