Automotive Technician - Level III
About The Position
Fitzgerald Auto Mall is currently looking to hire a Level III Automotive Technician. Our automotive shop business is growing, and we are looking for auto techs to service our clients. We offer comprehensive benefits, including 401k, Dental, Vision, and much more. Applicants MUST HAVE PREVIOUS SERVICE TECHNICIAN EXPERIENCE OR EQUIVALENT DEGREE. A valid driver’s license is required. We are an employee-owned company offering free shares, which is unique in the industry. We provide a family-friendly atmosphere and flexible schedules. Our shop has a large client base and is busy daily.
Requirements
- Previous service technician experience or equivalent degree
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be 18 years or older
- Authorized to work in the US
Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical diagnosis with efficiency and accuracy
- Complete work as assigned on repair orders in a timely fashion
- Examine vehicles for both safety and maintenance items
- Notify other service personnel if work cannot be completed as promised
- Keep and update all training and certifications
- Understand and follow all state and federal regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes
