About The Position

Balise is seeking a qualified Automotive Technician B for Toyota of West Springfield, with a focus on production and customer satisfaction. The technician performs warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs efficiently and accurately in accordance with dealership and factory standards. The role requires completing work correctly and on time, maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction, and keeping the work area clean and safe. Compensation is $23.00–$30.00 per hour, with weekly pay based on production, experience, and skillset.

Requirements

Proven track record of achieving goals as an A- or B-level Technician.
Automotive education or equivalent work experience.
Current valid driver’s license and an insurability rating.
Professional work ethic and ability to exercise good judgment.

Responsibilities
