About The Position
Feeling stuck as an apprentice? We know the drill. You’ve committed to the trade, you’re buying the tools, and you’re ready to learn, but your current shop has you boxed into a corner. Maybe you’re a 1st year stuck doing tires and oil changes all day, or a 3rd or 4th year ready to take on complex diagnostics but never getting the chance. Whether you are just starting out in your 1st year or closing in on your ticket in your 4th year, we want the next generation of Red Seal Journeymen who are hungry to get their hands into real diagnostics and heavy repair. We don’t just hire apprentices, we actively develop technicians. We provide a clear career path with structured support and planned apprenticeship progression so you always know your next step. You will receive daily, hands on mentorship from experienced Red Seal Journeyman technicians who actually want to teach you the trade. Our high-volume shop provides consistent, steady hours and exposure to complex repairs that will naturally accelerate your hands on experience far faster than a slower shop. We offer paid manufacturer training with early access to Stellantis systems, tools, and diagnostics. You will work in a modern facility fully equipped with up to date OEM tools and advanced diagnostic equipment.
Requirements
- Currently registered Automotive Service Technician Apprentices from all levels, including 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th years.
- Driven apprentices who want to advance their skills rather than letting their careers stall.
- Hardworking, reliable team players who genuinely want real mentorship and take pride in doing the job right.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, or Fiat vehicles is considered an asset but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Master the art of the multi-point inspection to accurately identify, document, and communicate vehicle safety concerns.
- Work side-by-side with senior technicians on complex engine, transmission, and electrical repairs.
- Train to use professional scan tools to troubleshoot intricate electrical and mechanical vehicle issues.
- Perform a wide variety of mechanical repairs including brakes, suspensions, steering, and alignments with precision.
