Requirements

  • Red Seal Journeyperson Technician certification, or equivalent experience
  • Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills, with a specific interest or experience in diesel engines (Cummins experience is an asset)
  • Chrysler / Stellantis training is an asset, but it is not required, we are glad to invest in your training if you have the right drive
  • Valid driver’s license
  • A dependable, safety conscious attitude and a team first mindset

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel and gas vehicles according to manufacturer specifications
  • Perform routine maintenance, complex diagnostics, safety inspections, and quality checks
  • Focus on fixing vehicles right the first time to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with the service advisor team to keep shop efficiency high and jobs moving
