Automotive Store Manager
About The Position
Bob’s Main Street Auto & Towing is looking for a motivated, experienced Automotive Store Manager to help lead our Decorah Road location! We are a family-owned and operated business that takes pride in providing honest, quality automotive service while building lasting relationships with our customers and employees. With multiple locations and a growing team, we're looking for someone who wants to take ownership of their store, lead by example, and help us continue growing. This is a hands-on leadership position. We're looking for someone who has a strong automotive background, enjoys working with people, and isn't afraid to jump in and help wherever needed.
Requirements
- Strong automotive repair and industry experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex vehicle concerns and support technicians.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Someone who leads by example and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to take ownership of the store's success.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction, teamwork, and accountability.
- Follow all safety procedures and use provided safety equipment.
- Adapt to change with a positive, high-energy mindset.
- Commit to continuous learning and personal development.

- Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shop operations to keep work moving efficiently and customers satisfied.
- Lead, coach, and support technicians and service advisors.
- Help service advisors with customer communication, repair recommendations, and workflow.
- Monitor shop performance, productivity, sales, and profitability goals.
- Hold employees accountable while creating a positive, team-focused work environment.
- Work closely with company leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Ensure our customers receive honest, professional, and high-quality service.
