About The Position
JEFF D'AMBROSIO CDJR is looking for an experienced CDJR Technician to oversee the work in their 28-person service department. The candidate must be a top-level certified CDJR Technician able to direct work flow for maximum productivity in the service department. The role involves working with experienced flat-rate technicians and training young, inexperienced technicians. The foreman will also install quality control procedures to ensure work is completed correctly the first time and work with technicians on hard-to-solve diagnostic issues. A full support team is available to assist with shop operations.
