About The Position

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on automotive technician experience.
• Prior Mercedes-Benz dealership experience.
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience in a shop environment.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities
