As an Automotive Service Writer at Audi of Colorado Springs, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. Through effective communication, you'll work closely with customers to explain the work performed, handle any inquiries or complaints, and guide them through the entire service process. This position entails thorough inspections, test driving vehicles as needed, and providing transparent cost estimates while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards. Requirements

  • An Associate's degree or equivalent experience in automotive service
  • Effective language skills (interpreting documents, writing reports, communicating with customers and team members)
  • Strong mathematical abilities (calculating estimates, discounts, interpreting data)
  • Reasoning skills (applying common sense in problem-solving, handling various concrete variables in diverse situations)
  • Familiarity with software tools related to service management
  • A valid driver's license
