Strong automotive diagnostic and repair skills
Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to continue learning new technology and repair procedures
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to successfully complete a background check
Valid State of Maine Inspection License
Knowledge of all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information

Responsibilities

Perform repairs and maintenance according to dealership and manufacturer standards
Diagnose vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic equipment
Repair and maintain engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and HVAC systems
Perform vehicle inspections and identify additional service needs
Communicate findings clearly with Service Advisors
Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines
Accurately document repairs, recommendations, and completed work
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
