Kendall Ford of Meridian is seeking an Automotive Service Technician. This role involves inspecting, diagnosing, and identifying necessary repairs on various vehicles. Responsibilities include performing adjustments and calibrations, replenishing fluids, disassembling and reassembling vehicle components, and repairing or replacing parts. Technicians will use independent judgment, document all work and hours according to manufacturer and Kendall policies, and road test vehicles to ensure quality and issue resolution. The work is performed indoors in a shop environment. This is not an entry-level position and requires a minimum of two years of previous mechanical or tech experience at a dealership or large independent shop. Candidates must be able to operate a wide variety of vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions, possess a valid driver's license, and maintain a good driving record. ASE certifications are preferred.
