About The Position
Hertrich Family of Dealerships is hiring an experienced automotive technician for Frederick Ford’s new service facility in Seaford, Delaware. The role offers a top flat-rate pay plan, a sign-on bonus for qualified technicians, steady year-round work, modern diagnostic equipment, factory and technical training, and career advancement opportunities. The position follows a five-day work week with no Sundays.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Nice To Haves
- Five or more years of automotive technician experience.
- ASE and/or manufacturer certifications.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns.
- Perform maintenance and repair services efficiently and accurately.
- Use advanced diagnostic tools and technology.
- Complete repair orders and vehicle inspections.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and parts personnel.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
