Requirements

  • GM Certification preferred (or equivalent dealership experience)
  • Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience working across multiple makes and models (used vehicle experience is a plus)
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • ASE Certification preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma (technical/trade school a plus)
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals
  • Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset
  • Attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right the first time

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive diagnostics, inspections, and repairs on a wide range of pre-owned vehicles
  • Execute used vehicle reconditioning efficiently while maintaining top-tier quality standards
  • Utilize GM diagnostic systems and follow manufacturer repair procedures
  • Identify and recommend additional service opportunities to maximize repair orders
  • Work closely with service advisors and team members to ensure timely vehicle turnaround
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with precision and professionalism
  • Stay current with technical training, certifications, and service bulletins
  • Accurately complete repair orders and required documentation
  • Uphold a professional appearance and strong work ethic every day
