You'll verify work with test drives and diagnostic equipment, document labor and parts used, and coordinate with Service Advisors and fellow technicians to keep the shop moving smoothly. You may also speak with customers to clearly explain findings and recommended service. Your Typical Day You'll start by reviewing the day's repair orders and prioritizing bays with the shop team. Throughout the day, you'll move between vehicles, using scan data and service information to confirm concerns, then rechecking results after each fix. You'll keep notes current in the RO, flag parts needs early, and touch base with advisors so customers get clear updates. Between jobs, you'll organize tools, keep your area clean, and help maintain a steady flow so vehicles are returned on time and in top shape.
