Available positions include Quick Lube Technician ($15-$20.00/hour), Entry-Level Service Technician ($20.00/hour +), Experienced Service Technician (Flat rate based on experience), and Master Service Technician (Top flat-rate compensation). Requirements
- Previous automotive dealership experience preferred
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Ability to learn new technology and repair procedures
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to complete pre-employment background check and drug screening

Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes and basic maintenance services
- Inspect and adjust tire pressure
- Inspect and refill fluid levels as needed
- Complete multi-point vehicle inspections
- Replace oil filters and drain plugs
- Lubricate vehicle fittings as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with team members
- Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership and manufacturer standards
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical, and air conditioning systems
- Test-drive vehicles and operate diagnostic equipment
- Communicate findings and repair recommendations with Service Advisors
- Provide accurate repair estimates and timelines
- Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
