You'll verify work with test drives and diagnostic equipment, document labor and parts used, and coordinate with Service Advisors and fellow technicians to keep the shop moving smoothly. You may also speak with customers to clearly explain findings and recommended service. Your Typical Day You'll start by reviewing the day's repair orders and prioritizing bays with the shop team.
