Requirements

Previous service tech experience is required
A team player
Valid driver's license and good driving record
All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug test.

Nice To Haves

ASE Certifications a plus, not required
Ford experience is a plus but not necessary

Responsibilities

Perform work as outlined on repair order accurately in accordance with dealership and factory standards
Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair
Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts
Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is needed.
Notify service advisor if additional work outlined is not needed or if more time will be required
Document work performed
Keep shop area neat, clean and be able to account for all dealership-owned tools at all times
Willingness to learn with hands-on training
