We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician/Mechanic with 3+ years of mechanical experience and a strong diagnostic foundation. Requirements

• 3+ years of automotive technician or mechanic experience
• Dealership technician experience strongly preferred -- familiarity with dealership RO processes, DMS documentation standards, and warranty repair procedures is a meaningful advantage
• Toyota or Japanese brand experience a strong plus -- Techstream familiarity and Toyota factory certifications reflected in rate
• ASE certifications preferred -- candidates actively pursuing certification encouraged to apply
• Strong diagnostic foundation with a track record of accurate first-time repairs and a low comeback rate
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Dealership experience
• Independent shop experience with the discipline and documentation habits that translate directly to a dealership environment
• ASE certification preferred
• Toyota or Japanese brand experience

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Toyota vehicles across a full range of systems -- engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical, HVAC, and beyond -- using Toyota Techstream and OEM diagnostic procedures
• Perform multi-point inspections and develop accurate repair plans -- communicating findings clearly to service advisors so guests receive complete, honest recommendations
• Execute repairs to Toyota OEM specifications with speed, accuracy, and consistent quality
• Document all diagnostic findings and completed work accurately on repair orders
• Stay current on Toyota technical service bulletins, software updates, and manufacturer repair procedures
• Perform test drives to validate diagnostic conclusions and confirm repair quality before vehicle return
