Technicians have the opportunity to earn between $33.80 - $42/hour flat-rate, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Previous Toyota brand experience required
• Strong diagnostic ability
• Prior dealership experience
• Team-first mindset

Nice To Haves

• Toyota Master Diagnostic Technician (MDT) preferred
• ASE Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Toyota vehicles to OEM standards
• Handle warranty and customer-pay work with accuracy
• Produce 40–60+ flat-rate hours weekly
• Maintain strong efficiency and low comeback rate
• Complete thorough multi-point inspections
