Requirements

Technicians must provide their own personal toolbox and hand tools.
Low comeback rate and a personal standard for quality.
Physically capable of performing the demands of the role, including lifting, bending, and standing throughout the shift.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

Audi or Volkswagen factory certification preferred; candidates actively pursuing certification are encouraged to apply.
High-voltage (HV) knowledge or certification preferred; EV and hybrid platform experience is valuable.
Strong diagnostic foundation, comfortable working through complex, multi-system problems on European platforms.
ODIS, VCDS, or equivalent VW Group diagnostic tool experience strongly preferred.
ASE certifications a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair Audi and Volkswagen vehicles across a full range of systems (engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, suspension, HVAC, and high-voltage EV/hybrid systems) using VW Group diagnostic platforms and OEM procedures.
Perform multi-point inspections and develop accurate repair plans, communicating findings clearly to service advisors.
Execute repairs to Audi and VW manufacturer specifications with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Complete repair orders accurately, documenting all work performed, parts used, and labor.
Stay current on Audi and VW technical service bulletins, software updates, and evolving repair procedures.
Perform test drives to validate diagnostic conclusions and confirm repair quality.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
Contribute to a shop culture focused on quality, accountability, and craftsmanship.
