As an Automotive Service Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring every customer receives a welcoming, informative, and positive experience. Your ability to connect with customers, recommend needed services, and confidently drive sales will directly impact our reputation and business growth.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service roles
Proficient with general computer use for day-to-day work tasks, including entering customer and vehicle information, creating estimates and invoices, and using email
Experience in a customer-facing role as the primary point of contact
Experience recommending products or services to customers and asking for the sale (upselling/cross-selling)
Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Greet customers and serve as the primary point of contact throughout their visit
Maintain an enthusiastic, professional customer experience at all times
Recommend needed services and confidently ask for the sale
Upsell and cross-sell products and services to meet customer needs
Enter customer and vehicle information accurately using computer systems
Create estimates and invoices for services rendered
Communicate clearly with customers regarding service recommendations and status updates
