The receptionist will be responsible for effective communication, recordkeeping, and maintaining a professional atmosphere.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
At least one year of reception experience in a retail facility preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Office applications.
Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
Strong professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.
Protect the legal, financial, and ethical standards of the dealership.
Maintain accurate filing of receipts and permits for efficient record keeping.
Support other employees by sharing knowledge and seeking ways to improve business operations and customer service.
Ensure maximum productivity, customer satisfaction, and cost control.
Guide customers to appropriate departments for assistance.
Verify receipt of payments and permits using consistent tracking methods.
Report to work punctually and maintain a reliable schedule to foster a dependable work environment.
Carry out management requests and additional duties as assigned.
Operate with integrity and uphold high ethical standards.
Demonstrate professionalism, maintain a neat and safe workspace, and promote a positive attitude.
