About The Position

Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet Inc. is seeking an energetic Automotive Service Porter to support customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction at its Waterford Township, Michigan location. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of customer service experience in a similar role.
• Valid driver's license and an excellent driving record.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Saturday availability; scheduled Saturday hours are 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate service representative.
• Obtain and maintain customer information sheets.
• Prepare customer vehicles for service.
• Keep the dealership area clean and well-stocked.
• Assist with customer inquiries and answer questions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
