Requirements
- Prior Service Department management experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
- Team Player
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Must have clean & valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Knowledge and experience in daily and monthly sales
- Supervise all service employees as well as their performances and payroll
- Involved with the employees when it comes to dispatch and training
- Control expenses of the service department
- Maintain excellent customer relations
- Experience in warranty administration
- Ability to maintain good relations with factories
