About The Position

Lia Hyundai Enfield is seeking an experienced Parts Counterperson to join our team. The Parts Counterperson will oversee the parts sales process from start to finish, work with the parts manager to locate parts not in stock, complete special order part requests, and communicate with customers on parts status. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a professional appearance, a positive attitude, and a customer service mentality.

Requirements

• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
• Basic Computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Professional personal appearance & positive attitude along with a customer service mentality
• Have strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have a clean and valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

• Have experience with auto parts sales

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
• Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock
• Complete special order part request for the customer
• Communicate with customer on parts status
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry
