About The Position
Lia Honda Brewster is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager with a proven track record selling new and used vehicles while maintaining exemplary CSI. The focus is on delivering an excellent customer experience and creating long term, repeat business relationships with all customers. This role involves leading and providing focus for the Sales team, working directly with employees and customers to develop relationships, building rapport with customers to establish a customer network, managing, training, and supporting the sales staff, assisting in closing deals, managing the productivity of the sales department, and facilitating regular sales training for continued team growth.
Requirements
- Dealership management experience
- Must be interested in training additional sales associates and work within a team environment
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Must have a clean and valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Be a leader & provide focus for your Sales team
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships
- Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
- Manage, provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
