Requirements
- Proven automotive Service Manager experience.
- Leads with integrity and accountability.
- Knows how to build and develop high-performing advisors and technicians.
- Understands the importance of Customer Pay growth, technician productivity, and customer retention.
- Enjoys coaching people and creating a winning culture.
- Makes decisions using data while never losing sight of the customer experience.
- Wants to build something long-term—not just fill another position.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a successful service department.
- Coach advisors and technicians to maximize production and profitability.
- Improve technician efficiency, labor sales, and customer satisfaction.
- Build accountability through daily coaching and performance management.
- Partner with leadership to continue growing one of the area's premier service operations.
