About The Position

Fort Collins Nissan is seeking a dedicated and experienced Automotive Service Drive Manager to lead our service drive team and ensure exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for managing service appointments, overseeing customer interactions, and driving revenue growth through effective team leadership and operational excellence. You will work closely with the service department to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction in our Fort Collins, CO location. Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive service management or a related leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive service operations and customer service best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in automotive service management is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the service drive to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to build loyalty and encourage repeat business.
  • Oversee scheduling and service appointment management to optimize technician utilization and customer wait times.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the service drive team to achieve departmental goals and provide exemplary customer service.
  • Monitor service revenue, identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategies to increase profitability.
  • Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and parts department to resolve any customer concerns promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
