About The Position

Vera Cadillac Buick GMC is looking for a polished, dependable, and hands-on professional to serve as our Automotive Service Drive Greeter & Valet Team Lead. This individual will be responsible for the customer’s first and last impression of our service department. The right candidate will immediately welcome arriving customers, connect them with the appropriate service advisor, maintain an organized flow of vehicles, and provide daily direction to the valet team. This is a hands-on leadership position. We need someone who is highly visible, takes ownership, works alongside the team, and understands the hospitality standards expected at a luxury automotive dealership.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable under dealership guidelines
Comfortable safely operating different types of vehicles, including large trucks and SUVs
Dependable attendance, punctuality, professional grooming
Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable standing, walking, and working outdoors for extended periods

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in an automotive dealership, hospitality, valet, concierge, or customer-facing leadership role
Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills

Responsibilities

Directing valet assignments and coverage
Conducting brief morning huddles
Monitoring vehicle parking and retrieval
Maintaining key control
Coordinating completed vehicle staging
Communicating with service advisors regarding customers, vehicle locations, delays, and special requests
Monitoring valet attendance, punctuality, appearance, break coverage, and professional conduct
Assisting with training new employees
Maintaining the appearance of the service drive and valet station
Immediately reporting vehicle damage, missing keys, customer complaints, accidents, or safety concerns
