This role is for a remote Automotive Service Department Coach who will travel 3 weeks per month. The compensation is $130,000–$200,000 annually, with potential for Senior Coaches to make over $200K. As a Service Department Performance Coach, you will partner with Owners, General Managers, Service Directors, and front-line staff to revolutionize their systems and business. This is "in-the-trenches" transformation, not just consulting from a PowerPoint, though there is a virtual coaching component. The company is building a movement and a Special Forces team of Service Department Performance Coaches, aiming to be the most effective, dynamic, respected, and well-compensated team possible. Requirements

  • 3+ consecutive years as a top-performing "Service Manager" or "Fixed Ops Director" at a branded dealership
  • Documented positive results in CSI, profitability, and team development
  • Desire to travel all over the U.S. — 3 weeks per month
  • Thrive in unfamiliar environments
  • Self-starter who can command a room, earn trust, and drive change fast
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and coach
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort with leading training
  • A flexible schedule

Responsibilities

  • Audit operations, identify profit leaks, and solve costly problems
  • Equip and train advisors in real-world, high-level selling strategies
  • Coach managers in the art & science of leadership and accountability
  • Teach individuals and teams to transform not just numbers—but culture
  • Teach KPI comprehension and mastery
  • Deliver hands-on Performance Coaching and tactical implementation of systems on-site with dealerships across the U.S. and Canada
  • Provide virtual coaching
