About The Position

VW of Olympia is looking to add a full-time Service Porter Concierge to support our growing business needs. A successful candidate must have computer skills, be detailed oriented, excellent customer service skills, be comfortable driving a shuttle van, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Requirements

• Computer skills
• Detailed oriented
• Excellent customer service skills
• Comfortable driving a shuttle van
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
• Lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) safely and efficiently.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions, including exposure to heat, cold, and noise.
• Know how to drive manual transmission and automatic transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to provide great customer service in person and on the phone
• Answer phone calls and schedule service appointments
• Assist in transporting customers with shuttle drives
• Coordinate and provide valet pick-up service for scheduled appointments.
• Other duties as assigned
