The Automotive Service Business Development Representative (BDC) will be the voice of the Service Department and a key contributor to the customer experience. This role involves scheduling service appointments, responding to customer inquiries, following up after repairs, and reconnecting with missed opportunities to strengthen customer loyalty and ensure efficient service lane operations. Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for the Service Department, creating exceptional customer experiences.
Schedule service appointments and manage customer inquiries.
Proactively contact customers to schedule and confirm service appointments.
Follow up with customers before and after service visits to foster long-term relationships.
Assist the Warranty Administrator and support service-related administrative tasks.
Contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty by supporting the Service Team.
