This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, providing excellent customer service, and helping customers take the next step in their vehicle-shopping experience. No automotive experience? No problem. We're looking for people with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customers who contact the dealership
  • Connect with customers by phone, text, and email
  • Assist customers with basic questions
  • Schedule showroom appointments
  • Confirm upcoming appointments
  • Follow up with customers who have previously expressed interest
  • Reconnect with customers who may still be considering a vehicle
  • Reach out to customers approaching the end of their vehicle lease
  • Update customer information and notes in our system
  • Keep track of customer follow-up
  • Communicate appointment information to our sales team
  • Help create a friendly and professional customer experience
