About The Position

Huston Cadillac GMC is seeking an experienced Automotive Service BDC Representative to join our team. The Service BDC Representative drives service department volume by handling inbound calls, responding to internet inquiries, and making outbound follow-up calls to schedule appointments.

Requirements

  • Prior dealership experience (Service BDC or Sales BDC preferred).
  • Experience utilizing dealership CRM and DMS systems.
  • Confident, professional, and engaging phone manner.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicles and automotive maintenance / repair.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and independent working skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming service calls and respond to internet inquiries promptly, professionally, and accurately.
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate and confirm service appointments.
  • Proactively reach out to reschedule no-show appointments.
  • Accurately log all customer interactions, inquiries, and data into the CRM.
  • Conduct post-service phone surveys to assess customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain a high level of professional ethics, honesty, and customer satisfaction.
