About The Position

Bob Loquercio Auto Group is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven BDC Manager to lead our Business Development Center. We are looking for an automotive professional with a proven history of developing successful teams, driving lead conversion, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Requirements

  • Automotive dealership BDC management experience is required.
  • Proven success leading a Business Development Center or Internet Sales Department in a dealership environment.
  • Strong understanding of automotive sales processes, CRM systems, and internet lead management.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Results-driven with the ability to improve lead conversion, appointment-setting, and customer retention.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Experience working in a disciplined, process-oriented, and performance-driven dealership environment.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and looking to build a long-term career with an organization that promotes from within.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and online customer engagement is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the Business Development Center team to achieve and exceed performance goals.
  • Respond promptly, professionally, and courteously to internet leads while ensuring your team follows the same high standards.
  • Utilize proven scripts, workflows, and best practices to create a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
  • Monitor and ensure all customer inquiries are entered accurately into the dealership CRM.
  • Oversee appointment generation while improving appointment show rates and sales conversions.
  • Effectively utilize CRM and lead management tools to maximize opportunities.
  • Review daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with the Sales Management team to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery.
  • Compile reports, monitor team performance, and maintain accurate documentation in a timely manner.
  • Lead by example through professionalism, integrity, accountability, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
