About The Position

We are seeking a customer-focused and driven Service Advisor to join our team. As a key point of contact between our guests and service department, you will play a critical role in delivering a premium service experience that reflects the Hyundai and Genesis brands. The ideal candidate has prior automotive service advising experience or a background in customer service or sales, and is comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Previous Service Advisor experience required (Hyundai/Genesis or similar brand a plus)
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to learn and utilize dealership management systems
  • Honesty, empathy, and exceptional communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and provide a warm, professional service experience
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues and service needs
  • Communicate recommended services, timelines, and pricing clearly and effectively
  • Recommend additional services and maintenance when appropriate
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and quality repairs
  • Provide updates to customers throughout the service process
  • Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction prior to vehicle delivery
  • Maintain detailed and accurate service records
  • Follow all dealership and manufacturer processes and standards
