About The Position

Five Star Chevrolet in Warner Robins is hiring experienced Automotive Service Advisors/Service Writers. This role involves greeting and communicating with customers about vehicle repairs, creating work orders, arranging bookings, communicating with technicians, providing estimates, and finalizing invoices. The position requires advising customers on recommended repairs, updating management on repair status, keeping customers informed about their vehicle's status, answering inbound calls, and maintaining professionalism. The role also includes performing other store duties as directed by management and maintaining factory certifications.

Requirements

Minimum 2 Years of Automotive Service Advisor Experience
Excellent customer service and time management skills
Ability to work Saturday’s when required
Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record

Nice To Haves

Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is Preferred

Responsibilities

Greeting and communicating with customers on all aspects of repair, such as creating work orders, arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians, and providing estimates to the consumer and finalizing invoices.
Advise Customers on Recommended Repairs
Communicating with Service Technicians on Approved Work by Customers
Update Management on Repairs and Work Status
Keep up to date on Status of All Vehicles in Shop and Keep Customers Informed
Answer Inbound Calls from Customers Inquiring to Their Repair Status
Maintain the highest level of professionalism
Maintain certification with factory
Performing other store duties and functions as directed by management.
