McGrath Kia of Highland Park is seeking a driven, highly motivated Service Advisor to join their award-winning team during a period of significant growth, including the construction of a new, state-of-the-art facility. The dealership serves an affluent clientele and emphasizes a five-star, hospitality-focused approach to automotive service. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy professional skilled in building relationships, driving revenue, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience preferred

- Experience in high-end automotive, luxury retail, or premium hospitality
Responsibilities
- Greet guests immediately at their vehicle and perform a comprehensive walk-around using iPad lane software to document concerns.
- Act as a trusted expert, presenting maintenance menus clearly and educating guests on the importance of factory maintenance without high-pressure tactics.
- Efficiently manage the premium loaner fleet using TSD software.
- Serve as the liaison between technicians and guests, keeping clients informed with accurate promise times.
- Intelligently prioritize technician recommendations based on primary concerns, safety, and routine maintenance, explaining the rationale.
- Accurately and efficiently process all paperwork and close out repair orders with precision.
- Build lasting relationships to promote repeat and referral business.
