Requirements

• A motivated, sales-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous Service Advisor or automotive sales experience required.
• Strong upsell and closing skills — excellent communicator who builds trust.
• Passionate about delivering a 5-star customer experience and helping drive strong customer satisfaction (NPS/CSI) scores.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Subaru vehicles is a plus.
