About The Position

Bell Audi, the #1 Audi Certified Pre-Owned Dealer in the USA, is seeking experienced Automotive Service Advisors / Service Writers to join their award-winning luxury service department. This is an opportunity for a high-performing advisor who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and wants to earn six figures at a premier luxury dealership. The dealership serves a consistent and loyal client base from Edison, Highland Park, New Brunswick, Piscataway, Metuchen, and surrounding areas.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience as a Service Advisor / Service Writer (dealership preferred)
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and repairs
• Tekion software experience required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to perform in a high-volume service environment
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver a luxury-level service experience
• Perform vehicle walk arounds and explain recommended repairs
• Write accurate repair orders and coordinate with technicians
• Provide timely updates on vehicle status and additional needs
• Recommend maintenance and additional services professionally and ethically
• Process invoices, warranty paperwork, and payments accurately
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty
