Requirements

• 1 year service writing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to sell.
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Reynolds and Reynolds DMS knowledge preferred.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and write detailed service orders.
• Review vehicle reports for recalls and verify applicable warranties.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and review recommended/upcoming services.
• Communicate with technicians throughout repair processes to keep customers updated.
• Provide cost estimates for mechanical and maintenance repairs.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above dealership standards.
