About The Position

Ancira Partners Chevrolet GMC Cuero, TX has immediate openings for motivated and customer-focused Service Advisors to join our Service Team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering a high-quality service experience while building long-term relationships in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Prior Service Advisor experience is preferred; however, candidates with a background in service or hospitality who enjoy working with people and cars may also be considered. Average Income in this Position: $60,000-80,000 Annually

Requirements

Prior Service Advisor experience preferred; hospitality or service-industry experience considered
Must be at least 21 years of age
Valid Texas driver’s license with acceptable driving record for insurability
Strong customer service and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
Competitive, results-driven mindset
Team-oriented and collaborative
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing

Responsibilities

Greet customers and manage the service intake process
Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up
Clearly explain recommended services using dealership technology and tools
Coordinate with technicians and service management to ensure timely and accurate repairs
Maintain accurate repair order documentation
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and support future service needs
Deliver service experiences aligned with Ancira Auto Group standards
