About The Position

Overview Bisbee Honda of Danville is dedicated to providing exceptional automotive service and customer satisfaction. As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering professional communication and expert guidance throughout the vehicle service process. This is a full-time, in-person position located in Danville, VA.

Requirements

Minimum of two years’ experience as a service advisor.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record in Virginia.
Positive attitude with a high-energy personality.
Excellent verbal and written customer service and communication skills.
Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
Ability to work effectively in a process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Welcome and greet customers promptly and courteously.
Inspect vehicles and review service history to identify service needs accurately.
Recommend services, parts, and accessories based on customer requirements.
Provide accurate cost and time estimates for services and obtain customer authorization.
Monitor service progress and communicate any changes for approval.
Administer warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines.
Confirm service appointments by phone and follow up after repairs are completed.
Perform final vehicle inspections to ensure all services are completed correctly and communicate results to customers.
Comply with all state and federal automobile repair and consumer protection laws.
Demonstrate company values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors.
