We are searching for an Automotive Service Advisor with a proven track record of taking excellent care of both customers and teammates. If you’re the kind of person who thrives on building relationships, loves helping people make confident repair decisions, and consistently drives strong Average Repair Order (ARO) results — we want to talk to you. Excellent phone skills are essential — you’ll be the friendly, professional voice that gets customers in the door and keeps them coming back.

Requirements

  • 2+ year Service Advisor / Service Writer experience preferred
  • 1+ year sales experience or demonstrated ability to sell services
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
  • Comfortable using computer systems and shop management software
  • Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
  • A track record of high customer satisfaction and strong ARO performance.
  • Professional communication skills — in person, over the phone, and in writing.
  • Comfort using cloud-based software and managing digital workflows.
  • A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and genuine hospitality.
  • Build trust with customers through clear communication and education.
  • Sell estimates and services with confidence and integrity.
  • Support parts management and ensure smooth shop operations.
  • Check in/out vehicles and perform quality control (QC) inspections.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures.
  • Jump in wherever needed to support the team’s success.
