Responsibilities
- Manage service orders and oversee the daily flow of the service drive, ensuring customers receive prompt, professional, and courteous service.
- Take ownership of the customer experience, going above and beyond to create positive, lasting impressions.
- Provide concierge-level support for customer inquiries, both in person and over the phone.
- Maximize technician productivity by effectively managing and scheduling service work.
- Answer customer questions regarding vehicle concerns, maintenance, repairs, warranties, and service recommendations.
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores that meet or exceed company standards.
- Oversee warranty claim administration and assist with the training and supervision of service department personnel.
- Reinforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and dealership policies.
- Foster a positive work environment by maintaining strong employee relationships and encouraging teamwork.
