Requirements

  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Ability to set and achieve sales and performance goals
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
  • Excellent organization and follow-up skills, with experience in working with technology
  • A valid driver's license
  • Must pass background check and hair follicle drug screen

Responsibilities

  • Greet and guide customers through the service process with professionalism and care
  • Schedule appointments and manage daily service traffic efficiently
  • Perform vehicle walk-arounds and gather information to identify service needs
  • Provide clear estimates and timelines, keeping customers updated throughout
  • Communicate closely with technicians and parts team to keep work on track
  • Help customers understand maintenance needs and warranty coverage
  • Achieve sales and service goals while building trust and long-term relationships
  • Handle payments and process transactions accurately and smoothly
