Requirements

• A proven background in fast-paced customer service or sales
• Tech-savvy mindset—CRM, DMS, tablets, and digital tools are your jam
• Sharp organizational skills with attention to detail under pressure
• Positive energy and a drive to exceed customer expectations
• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

• Experience in automotive or RV service advising is a plus, but not required
• Experience on with CDK or PBS is a plus

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and performing thorough vehicle walkarounds, check in photos.
• Scheduling service, maintenance, and recall appointments efficiently
• Communicating technical service needs in a customer-friendly way
• Advising on required/recommended services with confidence and clarity
• Updating customers throughout the process and managing expectations
• Reviewing work orders, explaining results, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire experience
