About The Position
Bobby & Steve’s Auto World is seeking a people-first professional with a passion for helping customers take care of their vehicles to join their team as an Automotive Service Advisor. In this role, you will be the face of the service department, building relationships, managing workflow, and ensuring customers leave with confidence in their vehicle investment. You will greet customers with professionalism, hospitality, and respect, clearly present repair solutions, and manage store workflow effectively. The position requires consistent selling of services with integrity, transparency, and honesty, along with clear communication with customers via phone and in person. You will also build and maintain long-term relationships, ensure digital vehicle inspections are provided, support the team, and oversee repair quality.
Requirements
- 2+ years of service advisor or automotive customer service experience (preferred).
- Strong sales and customer service skills with a solutions-first mindset.
- Proficiency in Windows-based computer systems and shop applications.
- Acceptable driving record for insurance coverage.
- Dependable, reliable, and team oriented.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and be on your feet most of the workday.
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Maintain a steady work pace in a high-volume environment.

- Perform other duties as assigned.
